The Fine Print:

• Available all year round.
• Free wi-fi.
• Advanced reservation preferred. Unless overruled by divine intervention, there’s a 2 day minimum stay; 3 days for holidays.
• The year-round rate is $125/night for 2 ($20 add’l per person per night).
  Inquire about longer stays.
• Capacity of 6. (Inquire about more guests). Additional charge of $125 per person per night for anyone not registered.
• Security/ cleaning deposit of $200 or up to 1/2 of reservation, due upon confirmation of your reservation.
• Rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Please mail payment by check to: 2129 390th Ave. Clinton, IA 52732 .
• Cancellation policy: 60 days notice. Within 60 days, you may re-schedule on a space available basis or if we resale, we’ll refund. If unable to resale, you will be held responsible for your reservation.
• Sorry, no pets. Very nice kennel nearby: (563) 872-3735
• No smoking in cottage or screened porch, please use receptacles.
• Check out at noon. Check in after 4 p.m.

• Please notify Janae of your estimated arrival time, then you’ll receive your personal access code.
• Cottage must be left as tidy as you found it (dishes clean and put away and in proper place, swept, etc.) $100 cleaning fee.
• After an inspection of the cottage the security/cleaning deposit will be refunded accordingly.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
• You will need to bring: towels, personal items, food, firewood.

Spruce Harbor has two free boat ramps, about two miles north of Lock and Dam 12.
